How to make
Cut the meat into steaks and lightly score them with the knife. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper.
Cut the onions into slices and put them to fry in a deep pan and after they are fried, add balsamic vinegar with sugar and honey, mix well.
When the onions have caramelized, you can transfer them into another bowl.
Fry the steaks, by turning them on both sides, until they acquire a nice caramel color.
The Caramelized Onions with Golden Steaks are served immediately.
