How to make
I sprinkled sugar on each piece of pumpkin.
I poured about 2/3 cup (150 ml) of water into the baking pan (it is possible without water, the pumpkin also releases some).
I roasted on the highest heat of the oven for about an hour.
I took it out and sprinkled a little more sugar + cinnamon on each piece. I roasted, until the sugar was caramelized.
The juice in the baking pan can be served by pouring it over the roasted pumpkin.
The roasted pumpkin with sugar and cinnamon is ready.
