How to make
In a bowl, mix the sesame tahini, water, olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Mix well, then add the crushed clove of garlic and the spices.
Add ground coriander, curry powder, ground cumin, a pinch of cayenne pepper and finally as much salt as you like.
Blend, until a smooth sauce is obtained.
The tahini sauce is mostly used in Arab cuisine.
It is suitable for both vegetables and meat. It is very often used in vegan cuisine, as a salad dressing or for roasted vegetables.
