How to make
Put the chickpeas in a deep bowl and cover it with water. Leave it for several hours to swell and then boil it in clean water.
Also boil the bulgur, strain it and blend it. Pour a little of the water you boiled the bulgur in.
Add the grated onion, season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Mix the products well.
Form the patties and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the patties in heated oil, until they aquire an appetizing color. Place them onto kitchen paper.
You can also prepare some kind of sauce for the vegetable patties.
The bulgur and chickpea patties are ready.
