Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 1 jar (400 g)
  • field mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley
  • egg whites - 1 pc.
  • sunflower seeds - 1.8 oz (50 g) and pumpkin seeds
  • salt
  • oil
  • curry
  • sesame seeds

How to make

The onion and mushrooms are finely chopped and lightly fried in a pan with a little oil (for about 2-3 minutes). They are seasoned with curry.

In a blender, grind the sunflower and pumpkin seeds along with 2-3 cloves of garlic.

In a separate bowl, pour the strained from a jar chickpeas and the mixture of mushrooms and onions.

Grind them into a puree and add the grinded seeds along with 1 egg white and finely chopped parsley.

Mix well and season with as much salt as you like.

Form the vegetable patties onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20-30 minutes at 390°F (200°C) in a preheated oven.

The chickpea patties are ready.
