How to make
The liver is washed and soked in water.
Then strain and cut it into cubes.
It is placed in milk and left for 1 hour.
Strain well from the milk and place it in the baking pan.
It is sprinkled with the spices - turmeric, cumin and black pepper.
Drizzle with the oil and mix.
Sprinkle with flour and mix again.
Add salt and pour the beer into the baking pan.
Bake the liver in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
