How to make
Beat the egg with the sugar and add a few drops of rum essence into the egg mixture.
Grind the biscuits in a blender first, then add the almonds, which should be grinded more coarsely.
Transfer them into a suitable bowl, by adding the sesame seeds, coconut shavings and mix well.
Then we dip one fig in the egg mixture, then roll it in the coconut flour and finally in the dry mixture. Repeat the action for a denser breading.
Proceed in the same way with the rest of the figs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the figs, until they aquire a golden color.
Serve the fig dessert with honey if you want!
