How to make
All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla.
Beat the softened butter with the sugar until creamy, add the eggs 1 by 1, while constantly beating with a mixer.
Pour the dry, sifted ingredients into the egg mixture and stir again. Add the yoghurt and stir until homogeneous.
Smear a round or rectangular oven dish with a little oil and flour it.
Clean the figs, dry them and cut them in half. Pour in the cake mixture, even it out and arrange the piece of figs on top.
Pour the honey on top of the figs and put the oven dish to bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven for 35 min. until dry on the inside.
