  • skyr - 5.3 oz (150 g) or thick yogurt
  • oats - 1.8 oz (50 g) ground oats + cocoa
  • cocoa - 0.4 oz (10 g)
  • unrefined sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • figs - 2.7 oz (75 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the skyr with the baking powder and then the rest of the products without the figs.

Mix well and spread the resulting mixture in a baking pan onto baking paper.

Decorate with the figs and bake the cocoa sponge cake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for approximately 15 minutes.
