Beat the eggs well with the sugar and gradually add the oil, orange juice, flavor and zest. Add sifted flour and baking powder in portions.
Mix 1/3 of the mixture with the chocolate that you've pre-melted in the microwave and then cooled. Put the chocolate mixture in a greased and floured cake form.
Pour the orange mixture on top and put it to bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170 °C) for 45 minutes.
