"A delicious, lean orange cake, with which you can treat your loved ones or eat it all by yourself"

Ingredients

  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1.5 cups
  • orange juice - 1.5 cups. (freshly squeezed)
  • orange peel - 1 grated orange
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • flour - 3.5 cups
  • vegetable margarine - to grease the form
  • sesame seeds - to sprinkle the form

How to make

In a bowl pour the oil add the sugar and mix well.

Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and the grated orange peel (1 pc.) and mix well.

Sift the flour and add the baking powder to it. Add them in stages to the liquid mixture, while stirring constantly with a spatula.

Grease the cake form with a little margarine and sprinkle it with sesame seeds so that they spread evenly on the bottom and sides of the cake form.

Pour the cake mixture into the mold and place it in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven.

Bake the lean cake for about 50 minutes until it's fully baked.

A fluffy and incredibly tasty lean cake.
