How to make
Put the orange to boil for about an hour in water. Remove it, puree it with the peel and leave it to cool. Melt the chocolate briefly with the butter and also allow it to cool.
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until white. At a low whipping speed, add ayran, made from the yoghurt with 2 tablespoons of water. After that, add the orange puree and melted chocolate. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and pour them in several lots to the liquid mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Put the cake batter into a buttered baking dish or form and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 30-40 minutes.
