How to make
Beat the egg whites into a thick foam.
Mix the egg yolks with the chocolate and sugar and beat into a fluffy cream. Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa to this cream and beat until smooth.
We begin to add the egg whites in portions, mixing slowly to keep the mixture fluffy.
We cover a round baking pan with baking paper, spread it with a little oil and then pour the mixture.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 15-20 minutes. Let it cool and separate the sponge cake from the paper.
The sponge cake is fluffy and can be cut in two.
