How to make
Using a mixer in a deep bowl, first beat the eggs one by one (4 pcs).
Beat them well until a white fluffy mixture is obtained.
Then add the sugar to them and beat on medium speed with the mixer until no traces of the crystals remain.
You should add sunflower oil. Beat briefly and add baking powder and vanilla.
Sift the flour using a sieve. Reduce the mixer to low speed and add the flour in parts.
Once your vanilla sponge cake layer mixture is ready, grab a non-stick baking pan. Line it with baking paper and pour the mixture from the bowl into it.
Bake your sponge cake layer at 360°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven. Check with a wooden stick.
Remove the prepared vanilla sponge cake layer and let it cool completely before cutting it and assembling your cake.
