  • zucchini - 6 oz (170 g) grated
  • cherries - 1.8 oz (50 g) cleaned + more for decoration
  • skyr - 2.5 oz (70 g) or thick yogurt
  • cream cheese - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • chocolate protein - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • cocoa - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • whole grain spelt flour - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • coconut sugar - 1.2 oz (35 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

Beat the eggs in a bowl, grate the zucchini and cut the cherries into pieces.

Combine all the products and mix well.
