How to make
Wash the rice. Put it in a pot on the stove, along with the rest of the products without the butter.
Boil it until it is ready, by stirring occasionally. If necessary, add a little more milk (I didn't need to).
Remove the cinnamon. Put butter in the prepared rice. Stir until it has melted. Pour into appropriate bowls and allow the finished rice pudding to cool.
You get a very delicate and aromatic coconut rice pudding with cinnamon!
