How to make
Put the rice on the stove in 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) of cold water and when it boils, reduce the heat and leave it to simmer.
When the water evaporates, the coconut (cut into small pieces), sugar and milk are added to the rice.
It is left to simmer on very low heat, until the coconut rice pudding is fully cooked.
Remove it from heat while it's still liquid, because as it cools, the delicious rice pudding will thicken further.
Pour the coconut rice pudding into bowls and sprinkle them with a few coconut pieces, which you had set aside for decoration.
