Ingredients

  • rice - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • peaches - 6 halves (compote)
  • sugar - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • cinnamon - a pinch
  • for decoration
  • raspberries
  • cinnamon sticks

How to make

Mix the milk and water. Add the washed rice and boil it over low heat, until the rice is fully cooked.

Cut one half of the peaches into small pieces. Add them to the cooked rice along with the sugar.

Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and mix all of the products. Fill the peach halves with the rice pudding.

Garnish the rice pudding with fresh raspberries, small cinnamon sticks and fresh mint leaves, if you have any.
