How to make
Season the hake fillets with salt and black pepper and spread them with olive oil.
Leave them in the fridge for 1 hour.
During this time, prepare the mixture for the herb crust.
In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey and the juice of half a lemon.
Add the pressed cloves of garlic, dill, lovage, paprika and black pepper and mix.
Also add the nuts and olives, which have been chopped into small pieces in advance, as well as a handful of nachos, broken into pieces.
Spread the mixture over the fish fillets and arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper.
Slice the remaining lemon half and place 1-2 slices on top of each fish.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake the hake fillets with crispy herb crust in a 360°F (180°C) oven with the fan on for 25-30 minutes.
