How to make
Melt the butter. Finely chop the fresh sage leaves, thyme and rosemary sprigs and drop them into the melted butter.
Season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, a pinch of cayenne pepper and mix.
Remove the butter from the heat and press the garlic cloves in it.
Wash the new potatoes, make slits in the shape of a cross and arrange them in the baking pan.
Clean the chicken and spread the inside with the herb butter.
Put a few sprigs of rosemary and thyme inside, season with salt and black pepper and place it in the baking pan next to the potatoes.
Coat the chicken and potatoes generously with the aromatic butter and transfer the baking pan into the oven at 180°C for 50-55 minutes.
Serve the Roasted Chicken with Potato Garnish.
