How to make
With this recipe even the chicken breast comes out really tender and juicy. The only thing you need is patience and time to roast the chicken on low temperature in the oven.
Wash and clean the chicken carefuly.
Rub it with olive oil, salt and pepper thoroughly, inside the belly as well.
Place it on a greased baking dish, slightly bigger than the chicken. Cover with tin foil or a lid, if the dish has one. Roast it in a preheated oven to 300°F (150 degrees) for one and a half hour.
Remove the tray from the oven, take off the lid and brush it with butter, add some butter in the belly too. Pour the beer and roast for 20-30 minutes.
That way the chicken absorbs the flavours from the beer and the meat melts in your mouth. But we are not finished yet!
Increase the temperature to 390°F (200 degrees), and keep brushing with butter and crushed garlic (or garlic oil cooking spray).
Keep roasting until the skin turns golden brown and crispy. If needed you can increase the temperature to 430°F (220 degrees).
The juices at the bottom of the dish are delicious with flavours from the chicken, butter and beer, and a delicate scent of garlic.
The meat is really tender and the skin is irresistibly crispy!
You can garnish it with baked potatoes, veggies, boiled rice or a fresh salad.
Enjoy your meal!
