How to make
Put the mussels in a pot of cold water and soak them for an hour. Then wash them well with a brush.
Remove any broken or cracked mussels. Transfer them into a deep dish, pour them with the beer, salt and butter. Stir.
Once the beer boils, leave them for five minutes and turn the heat off.
Serve the mussels with beer and butter in a pot! They are a great appetizer for wine or beer.
