How to make
Heat the oil in the pan.
After it melts, add the mussels and fry very briefly, 1 minute is enough.
Pour the ouzo and cook until it almost evaporates.
Add the juice of the lemon and cloves of garlic to them, which we previously blended.
Stir for 1-2 minutes, sprinkle the pan-fried mussels with chopped dill if desired and remove from the heat.
Divide into 2 bowls and serve the mussels with ouzo and butter.
