How to make
The chickpea and tuna spread is ready in no time.
Put the strained chickpeas and tuna in the blender, along with the oil, as much salt as you like, freshly squeezed lemon juice and everything is blended, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The red onion is cleaned and finely chopped, along with the fresh parsley.
They are added to the spread and everything is mixed very well.
Optionally, some ground black pepper can be added.
The fish spread is ready and can be eaten on a slice of bread.
