Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 14 oz (400 g), canned
  • tuna - 3.5 oz (100 g), canned
  • spring onions - 4 stalks
  • olive oil - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • lemons - 4 tbsp. (squeezed juice)
  • chopped parsley - 2 tbsp.
  • chopped dill - 3 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic - 2 cloves (pressed)
  • mustard - 1 tsp.

How to make

Strain the tuna and chickpeas from the excess liquid. Mix the two products and transfer them to a suitable bowl.

Put the dressing products into a jar and beat them well.

Season the chickpeas and tuna, mix gently and leave them for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator to absorb the aromas.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green spices, black pepper and salt.
