How to make
The chickpeas are strained and washed. They are then strained from the water. Place them in a large bowl.
The tomatoes are washed and cleaned. They are cut into cubes.
Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed and peel it. Cut it into cubes.
The parsley is washed and finely chopped. They are added into the bowl.
Sprinkle with salt. Squeeze the lemon over the salad. A little olive oil is added, because the tuna also has fat.
The seasoned salad is mixed. It is served in a deep plate and the tuna is placed on top in the middle.
Stir the tuna salad before eating it.
The Chickpea, Tuna and Avocado Salad is heavy because the chickpeas add density to it.
