In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise, until a smooth cream is obtained.
Finely chop the sweet onion and cut the cucumbers into small cubes. For the crab sticks, I use a chopper, which I use to grind them on medium speed, so that they seem like they're grated, but if you want, you can also finely chop them.
The egg is grated on a coarse grater and the tuna is strained from the fat in the tin.
All the products for the appetizing spread are mixed in the bowl with the mayonnaise and cream cheese and the juice of half a juicy lemon is squeezed into them. Mix well and season with more lemon juice, if needed. Salt is not added, it is not necessary, but if you wish, add it.
The Crab Sticks and Tuna Spread is served in a small bowls, drizzled with good olive oil and garnished with slices of fresh bread.
