Ingredients

  • crab sticks - 1 small package
  • white wine - 1 tbsp.
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • universal spice - a pinch
  • soy sauce - by taste

How to make

If they are frozen, defrost the crab sticks slightly. Remove the foil from each crab stick.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the crab sticks along with the white wine, the universal spice and the soy sauce.

Fry them over medium heat until they aquire a nice color and remain only in butter.

Serve them with tomato and lemon slices.
