How to make

Here is a different recipe, very tasty, suitable for those who are on a diet, and most important, really easy!

The crab sticks are a variety of the famous Japanese Kamaboko, they are made of surimi fish fillet. Each stick is contains compressed pieces of fish scented with Pacific crab meat extract. They are sweet and salty and their taste resembles the one of steamed crabs. The crab sticks are low in fat, carbohydrates and calories, and that is why they are perfect if you are on a diet.

Chop the spring onions finely and place them in a bowl. Add the chopped crab sticks (you can also add some tuna fish), the cheeses and season with the herbs and spices. Mix well and sprinkle with the lemon zest.

Blanch the squid tubes in boiling water for one minute. Cool them in freezing cold water. Stuff the tubes with the crab stick mix, and secure each end with toothpicks. Arrange them in a pan and drizzle with olive oil.

Pour in the white wine and simmer for approximately 20 minutes, until they are cooked. You can also bake them in the oven.

Place the stuffed squid into a baking tray, pour the white wine and drizzle with olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake for 20 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
