How to make
Boats are made from the zucchini, by carefully removing the inside with a spoon.
Finely chop the insides of the zucchini.
The boats are placed for 4 minutes into boiling water and then left to cooled.
Season with salt and black pepper.
The spinach is washed and lightly fried in a little olive oil along with the chopped spring onions.
Mix the chopped crab sticks with semolina, add the eggs, onion, dill and half the tomato puree. Season according to taste.
Fill the boats with the filling and put them in a broth of the remaining tomato puree and the rest of the inside of the zucchini, a little warm water and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 430°F (220°C).
When serving, garnish the oven-baked zucchini to your liking.
The zucchini with spinach and crab sticks are very tasty!
