  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • oil - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • turmeric
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • noodles - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • For the thickener
  • yolks - 2 pcs.
  • yogurt - 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

The potatoes are peeled, cut into cubes and washed from the starch.

Finely chop the onion, garlic and carrots and stew them briefly in the oil.
