Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 large
  • carrots - 2
  • peppers - 2
  • leeks - 1 sprig
  • mince - 21 oz (600 g)
  • tomato paste - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • tomato juice - 2 cups (500 ml), more if needed
  • parsley - 4 sprigs
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • salt

How to make

Chop the leeks and put them to fry in hot oil in a large saucepan. After a few minutes, add the minced meat, salt and crush them with a wooden spoon until it split into the smallest possible pieces.

Having fried the mince, mix the tomato paste and tomato juice and add all the vegetables, cut into small pieces. If the soup is too thick, top it up with a little water and cook until the potatoes are soft.

Add more salt, paprika and pepper. The dish is served slightly chilled.
