How to make
In a deep pan, put 10 2/5 cups (2.5 liters) of water to boil. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable spice mix and leave it to boil for 3-4 minutes.
Split the mince into small pieces and boil each for 5-6 minutes. Add a tablespoon of paprika to the hot oil and make a roux. Add it to the other products. Add the spinach and one or two handfuls of vermicelli and leave the dish to boil for 5-6 minutes.
Serve with soft bread and fresh chili peppers. Add something sour to taste.
