How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Peel and grate them on a coarse grater. Add the egg, 1/2 grated onion, parsley, savory herb and black pepper.
Add the remaining half of the onion (grated) and optional spices to the minced meat.
Spread 1/2 of the potatoes in a suitable greased mold.
Cover them with the minced meat, arrange the peppers on top and finish off with the remaining potato mixture.
Smooth it out well, spread it with a little oil and bake the savory cake at 390°F (200°C) for about 35-40 minutes.
The potato cake with minced meat and red peppers is ready.
