How to make
The potatoes are peeled, cut into cubes and washed from the starch.
Finely chop the onion, garlic and carrots and stew them briefly in the oil.

Sprinkle the delicious potato soup with the finely chopped parsley.
The potato soup with turmeric is served with lemon slices.
