How to make
The cauliflower is boiled and strained. It is broken into small pieces. Beat the eggs in a bowl and crumble the white cheese.
The boiled cauliflower is added to the mixture and liquid cream is added.
Finally, season with salt and chopped parsley. Everything is mixed very well.
The casserole is roasted in a baking pan at 370°F (190°C) for about 40 minutes.
