How to make
Wash the cauliflower, cut into florets and blanch them in salted water for 10 minutes.
The chicken fillet is washed and cut into cubes. It is then fried, until it aquires a golden color in butter.
When it is ready, add grated garlic and sour cream to it. After 2-3 minutes, add the milk, salt, black pepper and parsley.
Leave it boil for 5 minutes and add the cauliflower and the grated cheese.
Transfer into a baking pan and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake, until a golden color is obtained. This is a great casserole!
