The quinoa is washed and soaked for 5-10 minutes. It is poured with water in a ratio of 2:1, boil it and leave it to simmer for about 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, grate the yellow cheese, onion, white cheese and add the eggs and spices.
After the quinoa has cooled, it is added to the other products.
Everything is stirred. Form patties and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
The patties are fried or, for those who love healthier food, they are baked onto kitchen paper.
