Mash the beans with a fork. Add them the cooked quinoa, as well as the other ingredients.
Knead the patties and place them on the grill for about 15 minutes. The consistency should not be too sticky, so that the patties don't stick to the grill.
Taste the mixture before making the patties, to make sure they taste good.
If you don't have breadcrumbs, you can add two grinded toasted slices of bread.
They are best combined with a tomato salad, olives, or sesame tahini. About 8-9 vegetable patties are obtained from the mixture.
