How to make
Peel the zucchini and grate them.
Sprinkle with salt and set aside for about 30 minutes.
Wash and clean the onions, garlic and finely chop them.
Wash the quinoa with cold water and place it on the stove in salted water in a ratio of 1:2.
Boil for 10 minutes, then cover and leave it for another 10 minutes.
Strain the zucchini from the excess water, add the breadcrumbs and boiled quinoa along with the beaten eggs and spices.
Form balls out of the mixture, flatten them and arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper and greased with oil.
Place in the oven and bake at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by adding finely chopped fresh garlic, salt and black pepper to the yoghurt.
