How to make
Quinoa is boiled in salted water in a ratio of 1:2 or one cup quinoa:two water. Boil for 15 minutes covered and on a low heat.
After it is removed from the stove, it is left covered for another ten minutes.
The zucchini is cut into cubes and briefly fried on a high heat.
Crush the garlic cloves in the salad bowl, add the cooked quinoa, the fried zucchini and the halved cherry tomatoes. Season the salad with salt to taste.
Finely chop the dill and mix the salad. It is served chilled.
