Ingredients

  • muesli - 400 g whole grain (oats, dried fruit, pumpkin seeds)
  • eggs - 2
  • honey - 3 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • butter - 40 g
  • sunflower oil - 100 ml
  • cinnamon - 1 packet (10 g) powder or 2 tsp. cinnamon extract

How to make

Melt the butter in the oil and leave it to cool.

The eggs are beaten with the honey, sugar and fat. Add the flour and cinnamon. Mix.

Add the muesli and mix well again.

Place spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture onto baking paper.

The oat biscuits are baked in a 180°C oven for 30 minutes.
