Ingredients

  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 1
  • flour - 1 cup
  • muesli - 1 cup (250 g)
  • nuts - 1/2 cup coarsely chopped, or use seeds

How to make

Melt the butter and add the sugar and egg. Beat the mixture continuously until nice and creamy.

Add and mix in the flour, muesli and chopped nuts. Leave the resulting sticky mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer 10-15 minutes.

With floured hands, shape balls the size of a walnut and arrange them on baking paper, some distance apart from each other (about 1 1/2″ (4 cm)). Put the biscuits to bake in a preheated 300°F (150°C) to 360°F (180°C) oven.
