How to make
Cut the apples into small cubes. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla and sift them, then put them into a bowl. Add the chopped cold butter.
Grind it all carefully with your fingers to get crumbs. Mix the sugar, salt, fruit peels, apples, raisins and muesli in another bowl, add these to the butter crumbs and knead. Add the egg and enough milk to bind all the ingredients together.
Lay out a tray with baking paper and using a spoon shape biscuits, leaving at least 1 1/4″ (3 cm) space between them. Bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven.
