How to make
I had leftovers biscuits and decided to make a quick and easy biscuit cake.
I grated the apples, mixed the two types of cream, added the powdered sugar and beat them, until I got a nice cream.
I arranged a row of biscuits in a cake tin with a removable bottom. I covered them with grated apples, a little cinnamon, walnuts and I spread it with cream. Alternate this way up to 3 rows of biscuits.
Leave the cake in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours, so that the biscuits can soften. Then pour the chocolate ganache over it, decorate it however you like and place it back in the fridge for a few hours.
