"A delicious salad with lentils and chickpeas, which can also be a perfect dinner"
- brown lentils - 7 oz (200 g)
- boiled chickpeas - 7 oz (200 g)
- purple onion - 1 onion (finely chopped)
- spring onions - 2 stalks (chopped)
- cucumbers - 2 pcs. (diced)
- red pepper - 1 pc. (diced)
- green pepper - 1 pc. (diced)
- tomatoes - 2 pcs. (diced)
- black olives - 2 handfuls (chopped)
- garlic - 2 cloves (finely chopped)
- parsley - 3 tbsp. (finely chopped)
- sea salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- apple cider vinegar - by taste
- extra virgin olive oil
measuresHow to make
Wash and boil the lentils, by being careful not to overcook them.
Strain and combine them with all of the above ingredients for the chickpea salad.
Mix well, cool it and serve the lentil and chickpea salad with feta cheese or other cheese of your choice in a salad bowl.
