How to make
Clean and wash the fish.
Debone it and shred the meat into pieces.
Put it in a bowl and add the strained chickpeas to it.
Cut the roasted and peeled peppers into pieces, the olives into circles and the onions into strips.
Put them in the bowl as well.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and season the fish salad with olive oil, lemon juice and as much salt as you like.
Mix all of the ingredients well and serve the finished Greek-style fish salad with mackerel and chickpeas with slices of lemon and a drink of your choice.
