  • himalayan salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • oatmeal - 6.4 oz (180 g)
  • tomato sauce
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs. (small)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • sugar - a pinch
  • basil - a few fresh leaves
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • stuffing
  • mozzarella
  • ham - or bacon

How to make

This gluten-free pizza is delicious and healthy. It is suitable both for breakfast and for a light lunch or dietary dinner.

It is prepared very quickly and does not require kneading.

All of the products are mixed with a spoon.

Put the oats in a blender and grind them into a flour. It does not need to be finely ground.

Mix the yogurt with the soda and wait for it to activate.

Add 1 large egg, olive oil, salt and mix.

Add the oat flour to the liquid ingredients and mix with a spoon.

A thick and sticky mixture is obtained.

Cover a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly into a thin base.

Bake in an oven heated to 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, during which time prepare the tomato sauce.

Grate 2 small tomatoes and put them on the stove, until the liquid from the tomatoes evaporates and the sauce thickens.

Add a pinch of salt and sugar, as well as a chopped garlic clove and olive oil.

After 1-2 minutes, add some chopped fresh basil leaves and the sauce is ready.

Remove the flourless base from the oven, spread the tomato sauce over it and add toppings of your choice.

Place the appetizing pizza back into the oven for another 10 minutes to bake, but this time on the grill setting.
