Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 0.9 oz (400 g)
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour
  • cornflakes - 2 cups
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tsp.
  • curry - 2 pinches
  • turmeric - 2 pinches
  • ground black pepper - 2 pinches
  • oil (for frying)

How to make

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and cover it with the yogurt. Mix and store it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

Then shake off the yogurt from the chicken pieces and arrange them on a plate. Season them with salt.

Grind the cornflakes. Add the cayenne pepper, curry, black pepper and turmeric to it. Stir.

Beat the eggs.

Pour flour into a plate.

Heat oil in a deep pan.

Roll the chicken in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, roll it in cornflakes and finally fry it in the heated oil.

Fry the chicken bites, until they're done and then place them onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat, then arrange them on a serving plate.

Serve the delicious spicy breaded chicken with your favorite side dish and a sauce of your choice.
