How to make
Cut the spareribs with a meat knife into portions. In a bowl, mix the squeezed lemon juice, honey, mustard, ketchup and soy sauce.
Mix the products well, place the ribs in a bowl and cover them with the marinade, mix well, cover with cling film and leave them in a cool place.
Arrange the marinated ribs in a baking pan and add the beer, cover them with foil and roast them at 180°C for 60 minutes. Remove the foil after that and roast, turn the ribs over and roast on the other side.
The Roasted Chinese Spareribs are served with an appropriate side dish.
